Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
